★ please have a toyhouse to own my adopts !! it helps me better keep track of them because im,, forgetful..........

★ don't delete profiles off toyhouse. i don't mind if you just want to private them, as long as you either authorize me or let me know first

★ don't trade/sell a toyhouse adopt to people without a toyhouse :broken_heart: i don't want to go through the hassle of being in with them and knowing the status of the adopt and AAAUUUGGGHHH. th is just so easy for me guys im sorry

★ for owed art, i don't usually set deadlines, (cuz i personally get stressed with them too dw) but i do ask for updates occasionally !!! and if i don't receive a response of any kind within 1-2 weeks, i'll likely reopen the adopt.

★ if you didn't purchase an adopt for $$, game currency, ect. DO NOT resell them for such.... don't annoy meeee :pensive:

★ don't do big redesigns on my adopts. you can maybe tweak some things or add some stuff, but if u want a full redesign then like... make ur own design LMAO.....

★ i don't have adopt cooldowns, they're yours, do what you want. tho it would be nice if they weren't traded immediately :point_right: :point_left: cuz like.. why'd u want it then....

★ don't sell an adopt for higher than what you bought it for if no extra art was added. idk how your brain processes that as fair but ok

★ i'll check in at the sketch phase, if everything looks good, i'll continue !! if you want a refund during this time, i'll provide. anything past the sketch phase & i won't provide refunds

★ if i'm super unsure about how a final product is turning out, i may check in again a couple times, but otherwise.. expect a straight shot !!!!

★ pay half of what's owed after sketch is confirmed. i won't continue the drawing until that's done
