Long as neither of them are dogmatic about their faith...if they are both open mind and can respect each other's beliefs, no prob.
They'd also have to work out the question as to what to do with children. If one of the party is dogmatic, then there's definitely a problem because in both religious text, they both forbid marriage outside of the faith.
