As the bright glares of the moon cast dancing shadows over the narrow alley behind the art gallery, the thief’s footsteps echoed like a heartbeat, quick and desperate. Tangled in a web of the material that made up their feathered disguise, they clutched the priceless frames to their chest and darted through the labyrinth of cobblestone streets, the scent of their calculated fear heavy in the air. But no matter how fast they ran, the three—Fred, Shaggy, and Scooby were relentless in their pursuit, their silhouettes flickering against the dim streetlights in determination. The thief wouldn't get away this time.

“Alright guys, get ready!” Fred's voice cut crisply through the night, commandingly. Scooby and Shaggy veered down a side street, their path hidden by the thick fog curling up from the ground like ghostly fingers.

The thief glanced back, a triumphant smirk curling at the edge of their lips, foolishly believing they had managed to. But suddenly, from the mist, Scooby and Shaggy appeared, like nightmares. Without warning, they yanked a rope stretched taut between two rusty trash cans, sending the thief sprawling to the ground with a loud THUMP. The frames slid from their grip, skidding across the pavement.

The group convened at the sound, with Mew and Fred securing their culprit. As sharp as ever, Spook stepped forward, "It was all so clear... and yet I refused to believe the harrowing truth.”

“The blatant disregard for crime-scene etiquette, the sneaking around, the feathery disguise and poor Khyun’s allergies… It all led to this singular moment. Where you would finally be exposed for the thief that you are.”
