For community organizers/agents who are going to organize an event:

If you're going to make a post looking for sets for your event, make it explicit whether it's directly for the event, or whether the set will be used for a vote (it's not our obligation to figure this out ourselves).

I have a personal opinion about voting, and I believe many creators do too: We don't like it. Let alone creating something unique and simply finding out at the last minute that the design will go through a series of public votes and/or among community leaders.

It is the public's wish that all information be ed on to the search blog from the outset, to avoid any possible problems.

And taking advantage of the momentum:

I've seen that recently some communities have been looking for sets, telling the creators that the "theme is free", but in the end, they only choose the ones that have to do with the community and a specific theme, ignoring the vast majority. If you want something from the theme, please don't make the creators spend their time and designs on something that won't pay off.

Se você for fazer um post procurando por sets para o seu evento, deixe explícito nele se é diretamente para o evento, ou se o set irá ser utilizado para uma votação (não é obrigação nossa descobrir isso sozinhos).

Tenho uma opinião pessoal sobre votações e acredito que muitos criadores também tem: Não gostamos. Muito menos criar algo único e simplesmente descobrir de última hora que o design irá ar por uma série de votações públicas e/ou entre os líderes da comunidade.

É de vontade pública que todas as informações sejam adas logo de início no blog de procura, para evitar possíveis problemas.

E aproveitando o embalo:

Vi que recentemente algumas comunidades vêm procurando por sets, dizendo aos criadores que o "tema é livre", mas no fim, escolhem apenas os que tem haver com a comunidade e um tema específico, ignorando grande maioria. Se você quer algo do tema, por favor não façam os criadores destinarem o seu tempo e os seus designs em algo que não terá retorno.
