The Full Moon day was supposed to be a time of celebration for Buddhists. Even on such a day, the military would continue their assault on innocent civilians.
I spent the whole day thinking about what to draw, and couldn't come up with anything until around 4pm(thanks mom). Kind of a stretch but this is the best I could do with the time limit.
This could be better. The glitch effects would look a lot cooler if rendered properly. Inspired by Peter Mohrbacher's Angelarium series.
