The meeting between the shadow hokage about an war

Hokage: This war has been going on for far too long. We need a plan on how to get everyone to stop fighting with each other

"All the villages have   gone to war with   each other, forgetting that people will be hurt or even worse if it is not ended."

" So we have to devise a plan for everyone to stop fighting before more people get hurt or die

ShadowHokage: I agree with you, this war needs to be stopped, and I am willing to help within the shadows if I can to help everyone in the other villages stop the fighting and start to get along again

"The villages that are at war with each other the most are sand, mist, and air, while the others and the leaf village are trying to stop it "

Hokage: You're right, let's make a plan to make them get along and do it at the right moment   before anyone else suffers in the hands of this war

Shadow Hokage: we need to figure out how to get the people out safely before anyone else dies then help rebuild everything that's been destroyed by the war

Hokagen: how about a peace treaty after we figure out what caused the fight in the first place before we can actually make the peace treaty and fix everything

Shadow Hokage: sounds good let's   figure out what caused this then I will make the peace treaty so they can sign it and we can rebuild the places that were damaged during the fight
