✸ Hello ! This is Sonne. Recently it has came to my teams attention that there needs to be some sort of notice of duplicated posts.

Please note this is NOT SPAMMING!

A duplicate post is where you are trying to publish something in a community, whether its any form of post, or chatroom. Amino will have some kind of message once you try posting something, saying it failed to post.

This is not the case however. Every time it does that, it did post. So worry not about it not!

What you should do;

When you get this kind of message after trying to post, check before you try posting it again. If you do not, and you try posting it again, you will have a duplicate. These can post many times. We usually see 2 extra posts of the same thing. Sometimes 10.

How do I know if its duplicated?

Your original post will have the images you set on it. The duplicates will have the images, but they will be blank and not work. Those are the duplicated posts.

We can tell when they are duplicated, and it will not be punishable. However, we ask you delete them, or we will disable them to prevent actual spam.

Please do not target people who do this. It isn't their fault. Do not be making targeting posts about someone spamming like that. Do not attack our Mods, or anyone over it. Our team will handle it. If you do this, you might find yourself in a punishable stand.

With this, it will also be important for others to know that this is not a get away card for them to spam using this excuse.

We can tell when you spam or not. At most, you can only post 2-3 things in such a close time. If you post more than so, it will count as spam.

This spamming can be punishable.
