Delay Discount

If there is at least a 3-day delay in delivery for your commission, I offer a 10% discount on your next request as an apology for the delay.

If I have no experience in drawing what you want me to draw, BUT you would still like to commission me, I will automatically give you a 10% discount on your order.

Payment

Please don't haggle for lower prices! I understand that my prices are a bit on the higher end, but I say the price matches my skill and the speed I can do art. Most artworks I've done do not take longer than 5 hours, so I usually can finish a piece within a day. However, I usually don't have a full day to do art, so I have divide up my time throughout the week. So, you can sort of attribute the price to speedy delivery (around 7 days or less) unless I'm really busy, which I compensate by giving a "Delay Discount" on your future order anyways.

I mostly accept USD through Artistree (no needed) but I do take alternative types of payment, such as:

Policies

Cancellation Policy

* IF the client cancels the commission, their refund will follow the Refund Policy

* IF the client ghosts the artist (2 days/48 hours of no communication), their commission will become "Cancelled" and the client will not receive a refund

Refund Policy

* IF the client cancels the commission before it reaches the "Work in Progress" (WIP) Phase, the client will receive their initial payment back

* IF the client cancels the commission before it reaches the Confirmation Phase, the client will receive only 25% (rounded up: ex. 5.6 -> 6) of their initial payment

* IF the client cancels the commission during or after the Confirmation Phase, there is no refund

Tipping Policy

Tipping is fine, and I appreciate it! But if you would like to tip, please only tip me after receiving your commission.

Work Process

Sketch Phase

Once I receive the initial payment, I will start working on your commission. Once I finish the sketch, I will show you. When you see this sketch, you may make a total of 3 changes regarding the pose, facial expressions, clothes, and anything similar.

"Work in Progress" (WIP) Phase

Once the sketch is approved by the client, the artist will begin the next phase. During this phase, only small changes can be made such as color correction or small facial expressions.

* ANY big change will require the client to pay an extra $2 / 200 ac per change

Confirmation Phase

Once the client approves the final draft, the client will receive a visibly watermarked version. Once the client pays the remaining payment, the client will receive the final artwork with a hidden watermark (or one without if they paid to remove it).
