So this post is a rant about an app I've been recently using. It's called Dramawave and it has Chinese and American short one hour films split into 30 seconds or more parts, like 30 or 77 short clips. Unlike originals films these are really fast paced and low budget so there's no little details that are shown everything is very fast paced and to the point. I do feel that with these some of the acting is mediocre and a bit cringe but there are some that are decent with good story plots and decent acting. Before I start I wanna state the app only allows first 10 reels or episodes to be free then the rest you have to pay for hip.So far i've only watched a few but i will be naming 3 that i liked with good plot and decent acting.
Revenge In Shadows 66 Episodes
An tang plans a decade long revenge on the Zhou family for killing her family, The Mother for killing her mother and taking her brother's heart for her son.An Tang gets on the family good sign taking care of Zhou Yichuan who is blind making him an easy target and making him madly in love with her. Yichuan loves and trusts An Tang but when his eye starts to return he keeps it a secret and starts to question her actions and working with the family rival.
I just finished this one recently and I loved it. The plot, the spicy chemistry, the tragic end and great acting. I actually found this one the most interesting with a good acting cast no overacting or extreme facial expressions even with the fast pace and no big climax it still had me wanting more.One thought i want to express i would have preferred An Tang to have a happy ending and end up with the rival family son who was helping her with her revenge because he was actually nice to her i know she was in love with Yichuan but he was a bit of a psychopath. When he found out his mom was having an affair with the doctor he cut the guy's head off and when he confronts An Tang he's always grabbing her by the neck and pushing her against the wall, but with the tragic end I was still stastfied with it.
My Unbreakable Marriage Contract 79 episodes
Zhao Xinyue is a rising actress in the entertainment industry who gets ditched by her groom on her wedding day so she on the spot replaces him with Jiang Xubai, his rival.. Xinyue proposes and one year marriage contract not knowing that Jianng Xubai has been waiting to be with Xinyue and plan to use the contract to deepen their bond to a real marriage.This one could've been good as a full movie with littel details added nonetheless i thought it was ok i just had the problem with the male lead expression was a bit lacking but i liked the female lead she was cute
Loves Frozen Abyss 30 episodes
so this is the first one I watched and the reason I got the app was because I wanted to see the ending,
so after Wei Ran sees her husband cheating on her shes decide to participate in a human frozen time egg an experiment her mom was unable to finish before she ed away as a gift on their 3rd anniversary she gifts him her death notice but he leaves at the call of his mistress without seeing it .I actually liked it and I was happy that in the end when her husband saw her again after 50 years when she woke up he didn;t approach her letting her have a second chance at being happy and i liked how the husband was so heart broken by the wrong he did to her. I didn't feel bad for him, his wife was perfect and he only slept with the other girl for the thrill. He even abducted her to abort the baby only after finding out his wife left.
so those are the 3 i watched that were ok i've yet to find one interesting to watch i actually watched one on another app called Dramabox
but that monthly subscription is a dollar more expensive than Dramawave and i think you can watch ad to unlock 5 episodes only so the one i watch was 10 free episode i paid 9 dollars for the episodes and after my points ran out i watch ads to unlock the last 4 episodes They also have some of these on youtube but i think its english voice narration. please This is just me i'm not suggesting you to use your money to watch these i know with the streaming sites down everything is like pay to watch even i pay for netflix and hulu for korean dramas and they have have increase the price even though i choose the lowest plan my hulu went from 8 to 10 dollars and i choose the plan with freakin ads..
anyways this is what i have been watching lately until i run out and have motivation to sit and invest time on a full blown drama.

BTW have you seen any of his other dramas when you should consider checking out if you haven't is called 'your trap' its on yt... it's very steamy and intense but, then, he usually is :relaxed:

oh yeah I have all his films ed I have that playlist save to my library as a backup that's why I asked if you wanted me to screen any of them but that's cool I'm glad you're getting a chance to see his stuff cuz I love him.

the poster you have up there for revenge and shadows looks like Shen Hao nan but I can't find this drama unless it's only on that site that you mentioned🤔

the problem was that you were looking for it under I guess one of it's alternate titles because they rename titles and you get a lot of copies of a drama because they keep re-ing after they retitle it. I knew it was familiar to me and I went and I looked on my PC and I had already grabbed it and put it in my Shen Haonan collection :grin:

actually this is been my new addiction since covid hit I've been watching these full version minis and the first drama you mentioned has one of my favorite absolute favorite new actors he's so gorgeous but his talent is off the charts and I have a lot of his movies he's become a bit mainstream also he's got some actual high-def quality FVMS now. Shen Haonan :relaxed:
I am actually wanting to screen fvms if I can get anyone interested I have so many of them because like I said it became my new addiction :joy: :joy: :grin:
Hmmm... I wouldn't want to pay for something like this but options are good to have.

I'm doing well, thank you . I actually moved into a new place a house so shoveling driveway and porches suck thankfully we don't have any sidewalks to shovel
