My Top 8 Avatar Couples

I'm going to share my Top 8 couples from the Avatar universe and explain why I like about them. Here are the rules;

1. Can't be any ships that aren't cannon. Ex; Zutara, Zukka, Wuko, Tokka, etc.

2. These characters must be (or have been) in a mutual romantic relationship.

Let's get started

                            8. Mako and Korra

I have to it that this couple used to be my guilty pleasure, and not because it's similar to another infamous ship from the fandom. However, neither Korra or Mako worked out as a couple duo to their respective flaws and clashing personalities. Despite that, they still hold a special place in my heart, platonically.

                            7. Zaheer and P'li

Even though they're both villains, I found them to be somewhat adorable. I also felt bad for Zaheer when P'li

was killed.

                         6. Tenzin and Pema

I like this married couple and is an example of how relationships in real life should be.

                           4. Bolin and Opal

I like these two. Their similar personalities go very well together.

                            3. Zuko and Mai

I don't care what haters and certain other shippers say, I love Zuko and Mai together. While Zuko is fiery, emotional, and ionate, Mai is calm, stoic, and indifferent. And somehow, their opposite personalities work very well together and balance each other out. I like how no matter how much they argue or get upset at each other, they always get back together. I also like how protective and loyal they are towards each other.

                        2. Katara and Aang

I don't care what the haters, and naysayers, and certain other shippers say, these two are perfect for each other. I like how it starts off with Aang showing obvious signs that he has feelings for Katara and Katara slowly developing feelings for Aang. They have a sweet romance in my eyes.

                         1. Korra and Asami

I LOVE THESE TWO!! It also happens that both of them are my favorite characters. Had Korrasami not happen, we wouldn't have gotten any queer couples like Luz and Amity from Owl House, Catra and Adora from She-Ra and the Princesses of Power, etc. Overall, these two are the perfect power couple.
