Regarding the New Avatar Series

Hello, all! As I’m sure most have heard by now, the concept for the series about the next Avatar after Korra has been released. Here are a few reminders of our guidelines regarding posting.

For starters, as a reminder, last year we installed a guideline requiring posts the consist of at least three lines. This is to discourage spam and ensure some thought goes into a blog. For example, instead of simply posting you're excited or you're concerned about the series, do so and then go on to explain why you feel that way.

We also have guidelines distinguishing constructive and thoughtful criticism from straight-up hate posts. You are perfectly allowed to not like everything in the Avatar fandom, but posting just to hate on it is discouraged here. Discuss why something didn't work for you, but just calling content or characters “trash” or “terrible” and leaving it at that with no content will likely result in the post being taken down.
