With how AoW damage scales, it's definitely the best path for the late game but since it stops at +30 damage at 90000 RBE(red bloon equivalent or how many red bloons is required to be equal to that round's total bloon damage) it's not always the best... But heart of thunder gets this boost too

But it has amazing damage and is viable for CHIMPS

I haven't personally used avatar of wrath that much, but I'm pretty sure its decent if you put it alongside poplust's.
Though spirit of the forest is just the one i use alot to finish off the final round.
