As the story goes...

There once was an evil being that fell from the Heavens Above into the deep, dark ground below. This being, bringing angels with him, decided to make do with his deep, dark ground space. So he commanded the angels to give him all their power, and without a choice, they did. As the angels gave him all their power, the being started to morph and change. He started to morph and change more and more, until eventually he changed into this freaskish, all shades of red being, with horns and claws and wings, and also a long tail. The evil being’s name was Luke, so Luke decided to change his name into

”Lucifer”. The angels, weak with no powers left, were changed into mini versions of Lucifer, referred to now as “Demons”. Lucifer commanded the demons to expand his space and make it into something more menacing, terrifying, and the total opposite of the Heavens Above. So they did as commanded, and this space is now referred to as “The Underworld” (to put it in a way).

After the Underworld was created, Lucifer was instantly claimed as its “leader”, and went on to rule it. After a hundred years, Lucifer went into the Overworld. He was sensed as a ghost in the Overworld, therefore nobody could see him. He was curious to see if he could interact with the beings in the Overworld, so he took his hand and accidentally dragged someone into the Underworld. After he realised he made this discovery, he started doing this to more and more people, eventually as the years went on, his standards changed to any person to just certain people.

Lucifer then went on to have someone he referred to as a “son”, named Luke. Luke would go on to be the second most powerful person in the Underworld, next to his father. He would as well as have another—as it’s referred term—“son”, named Devin. Devin tried to escape from the Underworld, but his grandfather, Lucifer, never allowed anyone to escape. So Devin plotted and plotted his secret plan for years, eventually his planning coming to an end. After escalating his plan, it worked, and Devin was able to escape from the Underworld. Unfortunately, he wasn’t sensed as a ghost in the Overworld, but as a wanted criminal. So he fled far, far away until he stumbled upon a place called...Valhalla.
