Okay After Blurring And Duplicating Layer , Again Duplicate The Layer Which You Worked On Previous And Then Choose Smudging Tool With The Brush "Pencil #1" And Keep The Brush Opacity Less And Then Start Smudging The Hair ; Each And Every Strang Carefully Near Face And On The Outside

So What To Do For Today?

1)Duplicate Layer

2)Choose Smudge Tool

3)Brush "Pencil #1"

4)Start Smudging The Hair

Duplicate The Layer (again)~

Choose Smudge Tool With The Brush Pencil #1~

Start Smudging The Hair With Brush Opacity Less~
