Hey again! So I came across the #BodyPositivity challenge and I immediately loved it. I know that I’m not on the best with how I look, but I really want to work towards that.

My idea behind this is not only physical health, but mental health as well.

The page on the left is a tracker for how healthy or how good I feel about my health that day. Ideally it would be a 5, but we’ll see.
Also, the picture in the corner is a little flip book from images I found in a magazine. :)
