Wow, I'm actually having time to make a blog post. Christmas is sucking up my life. So this is the first blog post in three weeks, I have time to make. Because of that, you are getting filled out spreads (it's not the nicest, but it's real :joy: )
The first spread I have is Lilo & Stitch

I actually researched how people celebrate Christmas on Hawaii. Wikipedia told me they go surfing :surfer: :joy: (which was to be expected, if we are honest)
I got a lot of holiday feelings with this spread

I died because of the water color, but in the end it worked out, I guess (it totally looks like I imagined it at first) I used a lot of reference pictures, because I probably wouldn't have been able to do it otherwise. I feel I didn't have a lot of space to write things down, but looking at it now, I just didn't utilize the white space the right way.
My BuJo is nearly full, so I need to evade to my Muji Notebook if I want to do some fancy handletting which normally goes in my Bullet Journal.

There is a song which I'm always listening to in December. I don't listen to much pop music, but in December it's my time for ballads. The lettering is actually also the title of the song (it's totally weirdly connected to final fantasy and total geek stuff) it was like a twenty minute work, but I still like it very much (do you see the star confetti? That stencil thingy is so nice)
Next we have the spread for next week

This was the first time I used my Tombows and Crayolas for coloring. I'm semi happy with the result. The colors are just very strong. I find it easier to have control over the intensity with using watercolors. But it still worked and you can't get better without practice. So, no complaining. In case you are wondering, crayolas don't cover white gel pens (that's why there is this weird white line, I tired to correct a faulty outline)
And lastly we got Star Wars
WARNING! WARNING! IF YOU LOOK CLOSELY THERE MIGHT BE SPOILERS
Just don't try to decipher my writing, and you should be okay.
So I went to the movie, and the whole last week, everything in my head was about star wars

I'm surprised by myself that my fandom love runs so deep. I'm not over "the last Jedi" yet, I spent the last three days watching one YouTube video after another because I can't concentrate on anything else. Did you know that a part of the movie was filmed in the salar de uyuni? And I was there, two years before. And when the part came on, I was like: "I know that place, but it wasn't red" and it's so many feelings and it's just killing me.

This was my plan from the beginning btw, doing disney and including a star wars week, when the movie comes out :joy: I love Disney :european_castle: :purple_heart:
No one would have guessed

I totally messed up R2D2, but the two droids where the hardest to draw.

So, if you want to fangirl about the last Jedi, just drop me a PM, I totally am up for that :joy:
Till Christmas guys, don't buy your presents last minute, you will hate that :gift:

Giiiirl this is so cool, the Beauty and the Beast spread is awesome! And I didn’t see the white line until you wrote about it lol :joy: I quickly scrolled past your awesome Star Wars spread though, because I don’t want any spoilers :joy:
Awww, some beauty and the beast appreciation  you know, I believe you could use the gel pen method to get creative, white outlines for example.
Just. Wow.
