So I’ve been working on my art a tiny bit I did about 71 attacks during art fight first year
Which I was just trying to develop a style in general
For at the time my style was flippy floppy
after losing it also during the post I made people were trying to get me to change my entire style or just a new genre of art which is no problem I asked for help but I wasn’t really wanting change my style :grin:
Is there any way to improve my art style or how I draw
I’m not looking to change my entire style or to start 100% fresh
I’ve been drawing about six years
And would just like some tips or some points and directions to draw better for it is a new school year for me
I start on the 16th
And would like to have my sketchbook full of drawings and my phone full of art
My art is something I’m very self-conscious about
For it is something I’ve been doing for a very long time and love doing sadly do get frustrated with it quickly
Also I’ve been struggling to draw lions and cats to me I can’t get their muzzle down
I really want my art to get up to the medium quality status and get out of low quality so I’m really working to get at that
I also really do need help on that

I'd definitely say implementing minor shading and lighting makes a big difference!! Also practicing and understanding how to draw different poses and angles of the face :)) but I like the style alot and the colors look pretty good !!(which took me forEVER to learn) so you're definitely on the right track but experiment!! Even if it's frustrating because at the end you always learn from the mistakes !!
Just wanted to say I really like your art style !
The best thing I can give you is to just practice different angles for the faces/maws,
Positions, expressions are all very important!
Change up the shapes a little bit
Your faces look advanced so practicing anthro anatomy will help! Even just sketching
Don’t be afraid if it looks “weird”, or “ugly”
It’s all a learning process and you’ll get better with time.
You have a great start

The next drawing I’m going to do I’m planning on taking a lot of the advice but I did a drawing yesterday I’m very proud of and want to show it to someone
The reason I did not do a little experimental because this was for a art trade

I’d say to practice your shading :3
