Rice “dumplings”

I call them rice dumplings because they were made out of rice paper.

I made the filling with Chinese eggplant, carrots, chicken and Japanese sweet potato

I had no real recipe. Sauteed in garlic, scallion and ginger powder most things come out well. Just tossed in some mushroom sauce and dark soy sauce

I made a random sauce of yellow mustard and regular soy sauce
