Hi guys, I’m participating in the launch image contest #CLIC19 for April. I have made a flower fairy made of polymer clay. Her skirt is a pink flower. I started to make a body of wire. Than I covered it with polymer clay. I gave her a dress and hair. Than I made her wings. I used Fimo liquid and wire. To get the shimmer on the wings I used nail polish and glitter. At least I decorated her whit flowers and made a blue rose. It was a really fun project but it was taking a long time.
I got my inspiration from Pinterest. I was about to give up since I didn’t know what to do. I was searching around for hours. At least i got the Idea to Make a flower fairy.
I haven’t really done any human body’s of polymer clay so this definitely a challenge for me. Anyways, I thought it turned out pretty good. :blush:
I think this would be a great launch image because hopefully the spring is coming and we need something that can represent that. I don’t know how the weather is where you all live but here it has been really bad the latest time. Rain, snow, clouds and cold. I think that there are more places around the world that is hoping for better weather. I also think it is a detailed and creative craft. I have worked with it a lot and also whit the photo. It is something unique that I have designed by my self. :bouquet: :leaves:
