Hallo! Yukine here, and today I have an extra special post! I've teamed up with the lovely Abbie, or baby.tato.creations for this wonderful favourite TV show themed collaboration! Both of these ladies are absolutely fantastic, please do go check them out!
Aaaanywho, I absolutely love anime, so when I saw this theme I think I screamed :joy: One of my favorite anime's of all time would have to be Kyoukai no Kanata, or Beyond the Border! Beyond the border follows Mirai, a spirit world warrior, and her adventures in youmu hunting with the megane-loving half youmu akihito. It's a fantastic series, and I wholeheartedly recommend checking it out!
So, when I found this picture while on my daily meme rounds, I was instantly inspired!
Recently I've been using alcohol inks a lot, so I figured that I could use that to create the background of the picture, and then paint in Mirai's siluette, so that's what I did! I'm really happy with the result, and I think I did a pretty good job in replicating the effect!
This also fit's in with #FandomCrafts, an absolutely smashing idea for a weekend challenge if you ask me (I am a dinosaur of many fandoms :joy: )
