Good morning (or whatever time it is where you are). Today I'm posting something a little different. It's a pendant necklace I made over a year ago. I wasn't happy with it at first however, I recently ran across it and the more I look at it.....
It was made with a cutout from some beautiful crafting paper I had. I glued it to a fitted polymer clay base that I made and then I sealed it with a few coats of mod podge followed by my favorite, Varathane polyurethane varnish.
Not my usual creation. I do like the rustic natural look it has. I'm not sure if I will list it in my shop. You wonderful people can relate to being your own worst critic, I'm sure  :grinning:
I hope you enjoy and as always, your is more than welcome

OK and sorry
It look like it is a real butterfly how do you make the butterfly I like it
It's actually from some scrapbook card stock. I cut it out and then attached it to black clay - trimming the clay to fit
Though the butterfly wasn't specifically drawn by you(if I read that right), the way you executed the piece is truly beautiful. The beads, everything works perfectly. You have done a spectacular job!
Thank you so much! You are correct, I actually used scrapbook paper in addition to polymer clay. It was something I never tried before, and the more I look at it, the more I like the way it turned out. Thanks again for your kind words, I truly appreciate it!
It looks so real
#cute :heartpulse:
