Mouse's walnut house

Hello crafty people! Here is my participation for this weekend challenge #PetCrafts .This craft was the theme of my first ever blog. But as I see back on then the quality is not good. So I decided to post it again taking new photos!

It is miniature walnut house for a little mouse! Many people like having mice as pets. I have seen this from a YouTube tutorial video and I decided to make it. It was not as simple as it seems. Firstly I picked up a well-shaped walnut, opened it without breaking it and cleaning the inside.

Then I colored the inside white with a paint I made from glue and acrylic paint.

Now the fun part! Making the miniature furniture and the mouse. It was hard because the furniture was so small but anyways I liked the progress. Finally I glued on the outside a red ribbon.
