:cherry_blossom: Here is some info from the web: Torii is the boundary line between the holy ground and our world. Before you step in, make sure to bow slightly to show the respect to the deity. After bowing, please the center of the path is for the deity. (some Japanese forget it and walk in the middle.) So the proper way is to walk the side of the path. The best way is enter from left and walk out from the right as you make a circle.
