Welcoming New People: Copying & Misinformation

Hello! It's Kassie here to help inform you on a little something that has been going on lately.

We have noticed that some s are are copying our welcoming messages or they are saying to go to that individual for help.

We understand that some s are excited about the Welcome Committee, but please don't copy what we are doing.

We are okay with you say "Hi! Welcome to Crafty!"

That is not a problem and we actually encourage it!

We just don't want new to go to individuals that could give them the wrong information. Also, most of these individuals don't give links to the new member chat and to some helpful favorites that Tara told us to use. The blogs/favorites that we use are really helpful for new .

We ask that if you do welcome people to at least send them to this , any of the Welcome Committee , or the Leadership Team if they need help.
