Why is my uv resin cloudy

I made a bezel charm today and it not shiny it cloudy I don’t know if it’s the resin I have had this bottle for 2 years I also have 2 new bottles of uv resin they aren’t that old I got one 9 months ago and got one in December of this year. There are no air bubbles in the piece they all got pop. Is it because it expired please let me know
