Backstory

Willow is a fairy princess who wondered to far away from home and was caught by demons, then she was gifted to the oldest of the Seraph Household who then gave her to his youngest brother Gothica. Gothica was willing to let her return home but since she didn't know the way back she stayed and helped Amber take care of Gothica's animals

Side Note: Willow originally only knew how to speak English and the language of the fairies, but is learning from Amber and Soobin how to speak and understand the demon language
