I want to find the motivation to write and be more active on amino as a whole. I'd also like to talk to fellow writers and likeminded people.

How well can you receive criticism?

I take criticism very well, striving for the harshest criticism. I believe that is the best way to improve as a writer.

Can you receive one prompt every two weeks?

Yes, without a doubt.

I don't have a public piece of writing available, so I've written a quick story for this occasion.

The grass never felt softer, the wind still, the sky luminous.

Sensing a mauve monster crawling over to me, they were shrieking nothingness to my face. How rude of them to interrupt my peace. Perhaps they wanted to swallow me whole, though my body couldn't manage to call for help. They raised their hand and slapped my cheek. How irritating.

Their spit and tears fell into my mouth. A revolting sight. The fiend's amber eyes couldn't lock away from my own.  What was taking them so long to get it over with? It hunched themselves over to my ears and finally spoke.

"Kris. Don't go," she whispered.

A small shadow smiled.
