Well here goes my first post. Hopefully, with my attempt in ing squads here, i can be more exist and able to meet as well as befriend many people here.

Please refer me as Ressa. As for nicknames, I don't really have any even though many people give me nicknames. Any nickname is fine if you want to give me one.

I just ed here so my activity won't be that much. Though, despite my busy time as a college student, I'll manage my time. I do have a good time management skill. I'll rate my activity 7 out of 10.

I'll say my maturity level is 8 out of 10. I do consider myself to be quite a mature person, but there are rare times when I can't handle situation maturely. I'm not very wise myself, there are still much more things I need to learn.

I am a good listener. Although not really a good conversationalist, I am capable of giving advice and solutions pretty well. Analysing the problems and thinking what is the best solution is one of my advantage.

♚ If someone came to you, saying that they had gone through a traumatic event and felt worthless and that they needed help, what would you say to them, and how would you comfort them?

I shall told the person to sit back, relax, and take a deep breath before we start our conversation, which I will say things like below.

"No one's presence is meaningless. Each people have their own advantage, disadvantages, likes as well as dislikes that make them unique. There is not a single person whose existence is unwanted or meaningless, everyone exist for a reason, for a purpose. Perhaps things are tough this time, but sooner or later, it'll be better. Though hard to believe, please keep on going. One day, you'll eventually gonna be the winner."

Yes, I am capable of working well in a group as I have many experiences working in a group.

No, though I have participated in many squads outside of this amino and used to be a leader and co leader of some squads I used to be a part of.

I'm applying to be a co leader as well as a caring comforter.

Yes. Three acts of kindness per-week aren't that hard to achieve, no matter how busy I am, I'm confident that I can fulfill my quota each week.

♚ Do you have any prior leadership experience?

Indeed I have. I was a leader of an official squad whose purpose is to give the new a warn welcome and to guide them with amino facility and such. I also used to be a short term, temporary co leader of a squad whose purpose is to help improve people's talents in artworks and written works. Both squads are on another amino.

Yes, I believe myself is a reliable person. I am the type of someone who is loyal and always remain honest. Although blunt with my opinions sometimes, I know that I despise liars/lying. I prefer to be honest, therefore, I can be trusted.

I prioritize others before myself. Other's needs and well beings are more important than me. Although there are times when I can be pretty selfish, I still think of people first before myself. This is because I believe that a good leader must prioritize others first before themselves.

♚ Do you have experience in helping those who have gone through severe traumatic event?

I can't say I'm experienced enough, but there are few times where I encountered people on that state. I have helped people that suffer from fear of being abused, and so on. Pretty much stuff like that.
