Like always, please read my disclaimer post before you read this post: http://aminoapps.descargarjuegos.org/p/n69aday
Warning: I will be mentioning COVID, lockdown, exams, and I will be talking about a messed up sleep schedule, and I don't want to be a hypocrite but I do want people to be safe so please do not try to mess up your sleep schedule CONSTANTLY or EVERY SINGLE DAY. THERE IS NO GUARANTEE THAT POOR SLEEP HELPS YOU SHIFT OR ASTRAL PROJECT, BUT THERE IS A GUARANTEE THAT POOR SLEEP CAUSES DETRIMENTAL EFFECTS TO PHYSICAL AND MENTAL HEALTH. I will also be mentioning energetic sensations that have happened to me. They're quite strong and may be unsettling to some.
PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE KEEP THIS IN MIND AND BE SAFE AND SENSIBLE. PUT YOUR HEALTH FIRST.

This is the second out of three parts of my post about every time I almost shifted or astral projected and I will be talking about every time I almost astral projected in this post as I covered the parts where I shifted in the previous post. Now, I have heard from others that it is possible to shift through the astral realm and I also read in a book that I trust (Astral Dynamics by Robert Bruce, this is also where I get ALL of my astral projection information from, I highly recommend this book to anyone interested.) that "Anything done on the astral and mental levels is more powerful than when done from the physical. While out of body, repeat your affirmations aloud. Results will automatically flow into your physical body and life." Therefore, I have no reason to believe that shifting from the astral realm is not possible, but I do not know for sure. I would like to restate that astral projecting, and the astral realm is not the same as the void state.
For some context, I started feeling these experiences from last year, I was very immersed in astral projection and had done some research on it, including reading the book. I very much believed it was possible and had attempted a few times to try it.
Let's begin.
EVERY TIME I ALMOST ASTRAL PROJECTED.
2024
1) Unintentional + Exhaustion[Falling Asleep]
Circumstance: I had just come home from an English exam, which I feel is relatively less brain power but more tedious to answer as the papers are very long. I had stayed up very late the the previous night for chemistry and had minimal sleep, and I also stayed up until 12 to study for the English exam, I napped for about 3 hours after the chemistry exam but only got about 2 hours or sleep in the nighttime, for the english exam I had about 4 hours of sleep. It was the end of the week so I knew that I would have a bit of a break so I was very relaxed as I was coming home.
Experience: I laid down on my stomach on a bed. This isn't where I usually sleep. I was so exhausted but also relieved as I knew that I didn't have anything else to study, so I allowed myself some time to rest. There was no noise in the room. It was absolute silence except for the sound of the fan. After a few minutes, I started to feel vibrations and just an overall weird feeling in my arms, i mentioned that it was bizarre. I felt like I had a second body, which was able to be separated from my 'actual' body. I began to hear voices, a man's voice talking with other male voices, but whatever they said made no sense whatsoever. It was all gibberish. Now, there's no way for there to have been any sort of voices at all, especially not multiple male voices. I became aware of it, but I wasn't scared, I was too drowsy to even think much of it, I just went along with it. Somewhere in me, I was thinking about "What if I just did it, like right now?" So I started exit techniques, and they were much easier than I thought they would be. There was absolutely no resistance at all. Every time I pushed up from my bed in my astral/energy body, it would comply. It was a rising and falling motion almost. The voices started to get louder, and my body felt more and more detached from me, but then I got this strange feeling in my heart, so I stopped and went to sleep.
Explanation/Note: To help visualise this more, imagine two weak magnets. You can easily separate them, it takes absolutely no effort, and the second you stop pulling them apart, they gently close the distance, falling back together. This is what it felt like to me. I felt like I just knew how to separate the sensations from my energy body and my physical actual body, and I was just so fascinated by it that when I pushed apart I kept allowing myself to fall back towards my body, just trying to wrap my head around everything. Eventually, I felt a pain in my heart, so I stopped and snapped out of it by moving my physical body and opening my eyes. I read more about this, and I realised that this was the work of the heart chakra energy center, not the actual heart. The whole sensation was, in a way, violent. The energy made it feel like my heart was going to burst. This was the first time that I had ever felt anything like this, and the craziest part was I wasn't even in the 'optimal' position for OBEs, I was lying on my stomach.
2) Unexpected + Slight awakening[Falling Asleep]
Circumstance: I slept pretty late after an eventful day. My body was tired, and I just wanted to go to sleep.
Experience: Right before I fell asleep, I suddenly gained awareness. It wasn't too strong or anything, I opened my eyes slightly to find that I was in my bed. Something could have woken me up a little. I closed my eyes and I started hearing voices, but this time it wasn't distinct or anything, it felt like cafeteria noise, it started getting louder and louder and I was becoming increasingly aware of my energy body. Somewhere in me, I knew that this was about to happen, that I was going to astral project. It felt like a reflex, to the point where I had to fight myself to keep it from happening by opening my eyes and focusing on my room, the bed, and anything I could see and feel. Every time I shut my eyes, I would feel the feeling building up. I felt fuzzy vibrations all through my body and a buoyant force, like floating on water. It was a gentle push upwards, pushing my energy body out of my physical body.
Explanation/Notes: I was in a very delicate state of awareness, to the point where I didn't even this experience as soon as I got up, it took my whole morning routine for me to . Now you might be thinking why I fought so hard against this. Letting go would have completely pushed me out into the astral plane. The reason why is I'm afraid of the dark, that's all. I'm afraid of what I might see. Ever since then, I've been trying to overcome it so I can finally enjoy myself when I'm astral projecting.

3) The Success [Falling Asleep]
Circumstance: It was exam time yet again and I had stayed up the previous night to study for a subject, then I came home and slept from 6 to 10 then studied until 3:20 when I decided to call it for the day. The lights were on in my room, but I wore a sleep mask that kept me from seeing anything but black.
Experience: I laid there trying to fall asleep. I was expecting something to happen as I had recognised from other experiences that these circumstances somehow triggered this reflex, but I forgot about it until I felt the full body vibrations. They were weak, nothing like the violent ones I felt during the first time this happened to me. My first thought was to stop it, but after getting advice, I decided to let it happen and give up control. I immediately felt my body start sinking. It felt like I was falling into water, feet first, then it slowly climbed up to the rest of my body. It felt so realistic that I was afraid that I wouldn't be able to breathe when the sensation climbed up to my head and nose, but I was able to breathe. The sensation was blissful, relaxing. That was when the vibrations started to reach the 'crescendo' or the point of no return, and accompanying it was a female voice, again, speaking gibberish. This was where I started to get afraid, but I was unable to break out of the sensation because my body was completely paralyzed, I couldn't move at all. Then, all of a sudden, the vibrations stopped, and I was out of my body. I didn't move or anything, I was still shaken a little by the fear but I suddenly began to see my room in clear vision, keep in mind that I had my mask on at this point so I couldn't have been physically seeing anything. I was also looking at my room from a different perspective. Then, I returned to my body immediately and turned over and slept.
Explanation/Notes: Nothing much to say here other than this was my first successful astral projection. I didn't think it was for a long time, but it was, I was out of my body no matter how little away I had moved or much else. Each time these experiences happened to me, all close to exam season, I got closer and closer to going out of body until I did.
BONUS
4) Seeing through closed eyes[Lack of Sleep or Falling Asleep]
Circumstance: These are a collection of moments where I was either suffering from sleep deprivation or falling asleep.
Experiences: I would be able to see the world through closed eyelids. It wasn't perfect vision, but rather blobs of colour that allowed me to vaguely see things. On the bus after an exam I was able to see the hues of green by the window and the grey of the seat in front of me, then my hands as I brought them forward to check if I was actually able to see through closed eyes. In another instance, I was able to see my room as I was falling asleep, not in colour because the lights were off, but I was able to make out my room.
Thanks for reading the post. I'll be making a third and final part to speak about the differences that I felt and some interpretations. Thanks so much for reading!
