#Brigid

This Brigid's Cross was done on a canvas bag.

I used Red Agate to surround the Cross to Honor Her as this is one of the stones used in honoring the Celtic Goddess Brigid.

On the ends of the arm's I used French knots to give some depth.

The green ribbon is to signify the coming of spring.

Of course the Wheat colors are to signify the turning of winter to spring.

This was done all free hand, as you can tell and I'm not very good at drawing on material!

I know, it's a very disappointing turn out. However I think if we keep doing these Challenges more will come out, at least I hope they do!

I really hope that Dae rin will keep these going!!!
