Embroidered Christmas Stockings

I machine embroidered seven (7) Christmas stockings for my daughter, son-in-law, and grandchildren.

The stockings were too small to go on the hoop. So, I had to unstitch the seam so that it would lay flat. Then, I basted a piece of fabric to the cuff, which gave me a big enough surface to hoop. Once it was embroidered, I had to re-stitch the seam closed.

It wasn’t a difficult project, but it took several hours to make them.
