Australia Day special!

Today I am doing an Australia Day special!

         (Since it's Australia Day ;))

It's gonna be a comedic pros and cons of living in 'Straya.                'Equestrian version'

And also some facts!

Weather Pros and Cons:

• PRO We can ride in winter without having to literally shovel snow off of our kangar- I mean horses... :confounded:

• PRO It never rains here either so we can ride    whenever. You may be wondering how our horses get fed... we import lots of feed. :seedling: :ear_of_rice: :herb:

• CON you can only ride for half of the year because if you ride in summer you will die. :skull: :blush:

Horse Pros and Cons:

• FACT I need to tell y'all a secret, all the horses in Australia are actually kangaroos in disguise that's... that's a fact. :horse:

•FACT They only go in disguise when someone's trying to take a photo of them.🤳

•PRO Kangaroos cost less than horses. :moneybag:

•PRO there's a breed of kangaroo called the Australian Stock Kangaroo (ASK) that is perfect for going on musters and rounding up cattle :ox: and sheep :sheep:

Riding style pros and cons

• FACT The riding style that Aussie ride is called 'Kangarooligan'🤠

•PRO all kangaroo gaits are a lot easier to sit to🙃

•FACT Gaits include the 'all legs walk' (walk), the 'hop'(trot) and the 'sprinting bound'(canter/gallop) also Tasmanian kangaroos can do a gait called the 'Flying hop'.

•CON it is extremely hard to find tack that actually fits... :rage: so most ride bareback ^

Other Animal Pros and Cons

• CON Drop Bears can be really annoying when going mustering or on a trail ride* :mouse:

• PRO we can use snakes as trotting poles and jump poles! :snake:

*Drop bears are koala like creatures that drop out of trees as your walking past and try to eat your brains :koala:
