Although I love these fakemon designs and concepts, the dex entry for Fluttiem contradicts itself a bit. I don't want to be that guy, but if large amounts of pressure can harm/kill it, then it theoretically should not live very deep in the ocean at all b/c the intense water pressure would kill it. It would have to stay in the surface of the ocean if you wanted to keep it's delicate properties.
