I watch a lot of fate series video lately and some of the video make me think why they never even mention this servant when they talk about saber. He is clearly a strong character. The servant that I'm talking about is Ophelia Phamrsolone's servant, Surtr.

Maybe he is not even considered as a saber or servant and the only reason I him as saber because I just finished lb2. Poor Surtr no one even request you to get out from npc jail.
