「Magic Shield: Fir」

    Fir is famously known for having a lot of Res, which can be pretty useless for a melee sword unit. However, we can utilize this Res for her benefit.

    This build is meant to capitalize on Fir's Res. To start, a +Atk IV will be necessary as you won't be using Nameless Blade. The blade she'll be equipping this time is the Barrier Blade, which grants +7 Res when attacked. A Spd Refine will be needed to prevent and inflict doubles. Spd Ploy will also ensure that she can prevent these doubles. Also when attacked, Fir will also be granted an extra +4 Res and cooldown charge -1. The special cooldown, along with the speed, will make it so that Fir can use Iceberg in one round of combat. Iceberg will be supercharged at an outstanding 48 Res. Finally, Chill Atk will help Fir tank these hits, as she has very low defense.

    This build works great against slow swords with moderate Def, and for tanking dragons. You will encounter problems when it comes to any unit with Special Fighter or Guard.

「Here & There: Bride Sanaki」

    While not getting the attention she deserved, B! Sanaki is a great flying mage. I had her in mind when making this post, but was kind of reluctant, as its slightly similar to a build in my Dere Emblem post. I actually think it works better for her though!

    This build is meant to capitalize on Nifil Frostflowers' Owl Tome effect. As you all know, Owl Tomes gain power for every ally witin your area. Thanks to Sanaki being flier, being close to allies is an easy task. Her B & C slot are dedicated to bring Sanaki closer to her allies. While Aerobatics and Guidance are listed, you can also use Flier Guidance and Flier Formation if you are using a flier team. Now that Sanaki has adjacent allies, she will gain +6 to her offensive stats from Atk/Spd Bond. This puts her at 58 Atk and 38 Spd at minimum. If she can gather all 3 allies, Sanaki can gain a total of 64 Atk and 44 Spd. To finish the build, Sanaki has Spd Ploy to help her increase her Spd if she lacks the necessary amount of allies.

    Depending if you use this build on either Flier or Mix, Sanaki will do hard damage. A flier team might be better overall, but either works fine.

「Autumn Bonfire: Leif」

    Leif is very in between, as he's really good in stats and slightly lacking in skills. His exclusive weapon is also generally overlooked as its pretty situational.

    This build is meant to make his Def buster sword more viable. Light Brand only works if foe's Def is greater than foe's Res +5. With Armour units coming out with more balanced defensive stats, using Chill Res will knock most units down to the desired defensive range. That way when you attack, Leif gains +7 Attack. With Deatg Blow 4, he gains +15 Atk in total. This huge buff feeds right into Heavy Blade, making Bonfire charge faster. The special chosen is Bonfire, as he has a respectable 33 Def. You can boost his Def to 39 with Even Def Wave, that way he can rush in with taking minimal damage.

「Unbreakable Bonds: Gunnthra」

    To celebrate a slight return of a friend, I'll be doing a build for his favorite character. Gunnthra is pretty limited in of builds, but sometimes you have to work with what you have.

    While Chilling Seal is a great skill, but there are more efficient ways to gain debuffs to help Blizzard's damage. To start, Res & Atk Ploy can help Gunnthra Tank and deal more damage. She gains +5 from the Res debuff and +10 from the debuffs. You can use Rally Spd/Def+ to help teammates while helping yourself. Spd Feint kicks in, helping her prevent doubles and adds an extra +7 to her attack. Since she'll be next to a unit after using rally, she'll gain an extra +5 to Atk/Res. This totals to +27 Atk from debuffs and bonds, and 37 Res. Enemies will be hit with a -5 to Atk and Res, and a -7 to Spd. With this, she'll he able to single out mages more efficiently, and target enemies rather than debuff through chills.
