[Event] No Love Lost!

The season for love is upon us again, and everyone has been busy preparing! Our little errand maid Felicia is here to deliver gifts and love lett—

Attention all FEH gamers!

FEH Amino needs your help!

Felicia was on her way to deliver love letters to several Heroes, but the clumsy maid dropped the entire pile into a puddle of tea (don't ask), and now all the names in the letter are unreadable.

We need your assistance to decipher who the recipient of each letter is so their Valentine's Day won't get ruined!

Okay, now that the cringey explanation is over, here's how the event will play out.

(From 7th to 10th February.)

1. Write a letter to any Fire Emblem Heroes character whom you appreciate, and submit it here. Just write to a character in general, and not specifically to any alts of them.

(From 11th to 13th February.)

2. I will your letter with the name of the character (and anything else which gives the answer away instantly) removed. The letters will be ed on another Google Form, and FEH Amino will place their guesses on who they think each letter is written to.

(On 14th February.)

3. All letters with names included will be posted on FEH Amino. (Or, if you prefer, you can post the letter yourself, but you have to let me know beforehand!)

All guesses will be revealed along with their corresponding letters (but not who guessed them).

who have guessed at least 12 characters correctly* will be announced in the post as well.

FAQs

What is deemed "acceptable quality" for the letter?

Well, it has to be of considerable length—that is, at least five lines long. Next, it should have decent grammar. And lastly, it should include several hints or references about the character so have something to work with.

Can I change my letter after it is submitted?

Yes, you can! You can either PM me and we'll work something out, or you can resubmit your letter in the link here. I will use the latest submitted version.

Can we reference a character's alts in their letter (taking an example of a possible Hector letter: "It's kind of a shame what you did in the Valentines tournament bringing your axe" or something similar)?

Yes, you can reference any alts! This would help make guessing easier too, but it might be tweaked slightly so that the answer won't be a complete giveaway. XD

Can I only choose to write a letter/make guesses?

Yes! If you only want to write a letter, that's fine. If you only want to make guesses without writing a letter, that's fine as well.

How will the guessing be carried out?

All letters will be ed on a Google Form, and there will be a text box below each letter for you to submit your guess. This is carried out on a Google Form in order to keep your answers confidential.

Only one guess per letter per person is allowed. If you submit multiple characters for one letter, only the first answer will be taken. No changing of answers will be entertained.

What about people who cheat?!?! Like, people who reveal which letter they wrote and who they wrote the letter to so their friends can get Red Bux :tm: ?

Unfortunately, we can't do anything about this. We strive to create events to keep this Amino fun while also rewarding who participate, but if people decide to exploit our generousity, then that's their choice. It will be highly disappointing, but that's life.
