Making the best of weakest heroes: Part 3!

Sorry for not posting! I've been quite busy with life, and anime has taken me by the throat. The spring 2018 season has been a wild ride but I digress...

Welcome back to part 3 of this series! If you missed it, check part 2 here. This time around, I am doing GHB units. I'm changing the rules slightly. Since we are doing GHB units, I can only limit the merges to how many times the unit has been available. Thats means no +10 merges. I will not use Hone/Fortify, Invisible numbers(Drives or Spurs), Tempest buffs, IV manipulation, and Blessings. Without further delay, lets get into it!

Myster Tactician: Robin (F)

Female Robin is immediately outclassed by every other green mage. Her niche isn't good enough to make her completely arena viable. She can hard counter Reinhardt and Brave Lyn, but thats about it. Other units such as Spring Camilla can preform the same job, but more efficient.

Fury was essential to increasing her bad stats. She can't make use of Blade Tome, so I settled for utilizing her niche. The Spd +3 Seal is given to her to protect her from most doubles. She can use bonfire really well. Another perk is that she has a high amoumt of F2P merges available. In the end, I don't think this investment has made her completely viable, but enough to work in most situations.

Wyvern General: Narcian

Narcian right off the bat is meant to be a dedicated blue counter. His Emerald Axe is his main source of damage, as his low 29 Atk is extremely bad. Other than being a dedicated anti-lance, theres nothing really special about him.

Sack O' Gifts is a really good defensive Axe. You can opt for either Def or Spd Refine. Bonfire makes good use of his Defense, and is made even more deadly with Brazen Atk/Def. You can also go for Close Defense as an A Skill. Quick Reposte was an obvious choice as he had is slow and defensive. Threaten Atk can work to improve his defenses, but a ploy can work on most blue lances. Finally Close Def Seal makes hitting him harder. Overall, Narcian can be slightly more useful after investment, but not arena viable.

Prideful Prince: Berkut

Choosing Berkut for this was hard. I don't think Berkut is all too bad, but he ceratinly is out classed. Compared to Camus, he is not as good. Berkut is meant to be a defensive cavalier.

Berkut doesn't make too much use of his lance unless you invest in him. With a refine he can reach a respectable 31 res at base and 38 when attacked. You can Opt for Bonfire or Ignis as his defenses are really good. He is also a really good canidate for DC. Quick Reposte makes him an even stronger defensive threat. His bulk becomes really strong with Distant Def 3. I do think Berkut becomes really good through investment, but Camus is just a better option because of his Spd and Gradivus.

Sniper in thr Dark: Clarisse

Clarisse at base is just a dagger unit disguised as a Bow Unit. Just like all daggers, she can't really one round kill. She has a pretty meh offensive spread. Its wasted on thr niche of being a dagger-bow hybrid.

I gave Fire Sweep with Life and Death to make her a one round combat unit. Cancel Affinity makes all targets easier to kill, even with Raven Tomes. Spd Smoke also helps in picking targetz after combat. Finally, Spd +3 allows her to double almost every every unit, even if super merged. Her main niche was not really worth improving on, as its better to kill in one round than debuff. This build makes her a lot more viable, and what I consider Arena worthy in her Spd.
