I think this was exactly what he needed, as while his base weapon was fine, it was kinda difficult to benefit himself with it without watersweep or something similar. The refine also makes it so he can effectively inflict -14 to three separate stats while buffing his own by 5. That's so crazy ass shit, and I love it
Also, if anyone can leave me the other refines in the comments, it would be much appreciated
