To Fodder, or Not to Fodder?

Anywho, today I've been brainstorming builds for Seliph, and, well, I stumbled upon this one:

Now, I have almost everything from this idea, EXCEPT for Death Blow 4. And while I am not fond of foddering characters that have more than one merge, this might be the exception.

Enter, the fodder option!

Navarre. +4 with w a y too many swords. Now, he was my first Summoner and merge project. Though Seliph has taken the lead sword spot from him and he is now currently collecting dust, I can't make this decision so easily, ESPECIALLY with the addition of the Grails. But he is the only source of DB4 I have, and again he is only just sitting in my barracks as Seliph has his fun out on the front lines.

So since I can't make decisions for myself and I have to access to polls, why not let everyone else decide for me! :D

So is Navarre living, or will Seliph become ever stronger?

note that I will fodder more than just db4.
