So the permadeath run has been interesting so far.
I was doing well at first, but ended up making some pretty stupid mistakes, such as my finger slipping and Nino going into the range of a sword unit, or letting Veronica get hit by a Ursula with her Blarwolf. A casualties thus far as follows:
Legendary Ike
Reinhardt (OG)
Brave Veronica
Nino (OG)
But I'm still pulling through. I'm now capable of doing some early Lunatic missions, I have Brave Micaiah to aid me to pick off some tougher enemies. Bantu has helped tank, and Soliel is my current sweeper.
But the real star of the show is this lass.

Without her, I don't think I could go nearly as far as I have. Reliable fighter, great , and a waifu at that.
When she's not sucking her dad's dick every two seconds.
Anyways, thanks to all who showed up. I really appreciate it, however brief it was.

What are your rules for permadeath? I'd love to know.
In any instance I take control of my own units (so this excludes units from stuff Tactic Drills, but I do include Hall of Forms), any unit who's defeated in combat is considered dead. At my next given opportunity, the unit must be sent home. I cannot use that unit for merging or fodder. This way, I can avoid gaining a gameplay advantage outside of a handful of feathers. Once I'm out of every unit, the Askr Trio defeated at least once (since I can't send them home), and insufficient orbs to summon another Hero, the run is over.
In of Hall of Forms, since the Forma would just come back the next battle, the run on that is over the moment any one of the four is defeated in combat.
There is no end objective to the run either. I may put forth goals to reach (for example, beat all story and paralogue missions on lunatic), but unless I miraculously do everything in the game at a given moment in time, there is technically no end to the run.
Nooooo it went to hecc- I actually did pop in for a few while eating pizza with my roommate and her boyfriend :joy:
I must’ve left right before hell broke lose
Not even 10 minutes later I think. It was... an experience.
