Iz*One is a South Korean–Japanese girl group formed through the Mnet reality competition show Produce 48.

The consist of Jang Wonyoung, Miyawaki Sakura, Jo Yuri, Choi Yena, Ahn Yujin, Yabuki Nako, Kwon Eunbi, Kang Hyewon, Honda Hitomi, Kim Chaewon, Kim Minjoo, and Lee Chaeyeon.

K-pop girl group IZ*ONE released their first single of 2020 today (Feb. 17), “Fiesta.”

The festive synth-pop song was released through a celebratory music video that feels like a modern day take on the glam and glitz of the 1920s and updates it for the 2020s, offering up a party that simultaneously exudes elegance and over the top extravagance as the dozen of IZ*ONE perform their dynamic song and impactful choreography.

IZ*ONE was previously scheduled to make a comeback on November 11 last year, but the comeback was postponed after “Produce 48” director Ahn Joon Young itted to manipulating the rankings of the program. The group has since been on hiatus.

Within 10 hours of its release, the music video for IZ*ONE’s “Fiesta” racked up over 4 million views on YouTube.

The single fronts the act’s BLOOM*IZ LP, which also arrived today. It features a total of 12 tracks, including several of which feature of IZ*ONE credited as songwriters. BLOOM*IZ is their first LP, arriving two years after their 2018 debut single "La Vie En Rose." The act was formed that year through Mnet television severies Produce 48.
