:white_circle: They very rarely it fault, and will become extremely aggressive when confronted.

:white_circle: They make you feel stuck and alone.

:white_circle: At the beginning, they are the sweetest person you could ever meet. Then it slowly becomes toxic.

:white_circle: They will use something that is very dear to your heart against you. (IE: I’m going to kill myself, why would you do that?)

:white_circle: At random, they’ll be more positive than ever before to confuse you into thinking it’s not gaslighting.

:white_circle: Projection is a useful tool. They will always accuse you of doing what they are guilty of.

:white_circle: They get people to turn against you, but then tell you everyone else is lying.

It’s important to note that people who gaslight blend in with the crowd effortlessly. Their antics of manipulation will not be displayed publicly.

If you feel you have fallen victim to gaslighting,

you are in control.

Seek the help of a trusted friend immediately.

Know that you do not have to stay with that person.

If it happens within this community, report to any of the leader team and it will be handled accordingly. When reporting, please know your confidentiality will be respected. Please include as much information as possible, so we can determine means necessary in the situation at hand.

You are not required to like or accept every part of someone just because they are in your life.
