Greetings Decenders!

It has come to that time of the year for the Genshin Impact Amino. That's right, the staff team has decided its time. Curatorship Applications are now open. However, we've decided to do this round of applications a little bit differently.

The recent changes of Amino has unfortunately caused a rapid decline of activity for not only the app itself, but also our community in general, of which we're sure most of you have noticed. Despite this, we're not ready to give up just yet. In secret, we've been evil plotting (not really) a couple projects we hope will raise both our general activity and opportunities to improve the community. In saying this, we can't achieve this alone.

We've taken this change into while deciding how to appropriately move forward.

In the past, we'd have a lengthy public application form, followed by a lengthy and sometimes difficult trial process. Due to the state of the Genshin Impact Amino, we plan to both shorten this process and ensure Staff Team activity remains steady.

As Staff Team activity is a priority, this process won't include an application form, but it will include a "Curator Interest" form which is a lot smaller. Applications this time around will be done in private, and this form is to see who is interested in the position.

How this works is:

> Submit a form if you're interested

> Wait, be active, be yourself. All staff will be keeping an eye out for potential curators.

> If you meet requirements, a Leader will you regarding a Curator Trial, which will additionally include a short interview.

๑ 𝐂𝐮𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐨𝐫 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬 ୭

> Moderating the feed for feature worthy posts and posts that violate our Guidelines.

> Moderating our public chatrooms for chats and content that also violate our Guidelines.

> Must communicate regularly with the rest of the staff team.

> Report Guideline violations to the team.

> Settle disputes between .

This does not include personal disputes

> Be willing to publicly or privately in regards to Guideline violations, enquiries or any questions they may or may not have.

๑ 𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬 ୭

You do not need to meet these requirements to apply. However, these requirements must be met for a Leader to you about the position.

> Must have a general understanding

of the [Guidelines].

> Your must be a month old.

> Your must be clean of warnings and strikes for a year. This also includes verbal warnings.

> You must be an active member

in the community

> You must be able to set personal feelings towards other people aside in order to work professionally with the team.
