Questions is a great way to directly ask a question to the community and get unique responses from individuals.

A quiz is a fun way to test the communities knowledge on a certain topic
Ideas:

-how does gluten affect the body?
Polls
Creating a poll is a way to ask the community a question with a specific and chosen set of answers.

-Which of these foods are your favorite?
-Which brand do you like the best?
-What should I cook?
Blogs
This is the best and most universally applicable way to share anything in this community. This is great for a multitude of reasons.

An "ice breaker" is a term we use to describe something that gives someone an excuse to say something in a group setting when nobody wants to be the first to speak. It's a metaphor where the "ice" is "silence."
