Do you think Gluten Free Food or regular not Gluten Free food is more expensive?

I agree with renee. We eat gluten free for 3 people and we spend less than $200 a month. We just buy "gf food" like bread, pasta, and crackers sparingly or we stock up when they're on sale. Naturally gluten free food isn't expensive
See my mom always complains about it being expensive where as my dad is cheap so he always uses coupons. So my mom might spend a ton a if money when my dad will get a bargain.
Naturally GF foods such as rice, potatoes, squash, etc is not more expensive but the processed GF stuff can be a little ridiculous price wise
For the last twelve years I have been penalised financially for needing food that essentially should already be suitable for us. Frankinstein wheat and man made manipulated grains are to blame.
