How to Draw Bill Cipher!

Here is a tutorial on how to draw the infamous Bill Cipher!

Step One is to draw three lines to make a triangle.

If you are digitally drawing, use a rather thin line, like a 4 pixel line.

DO NOT CONNECT THE THREE LINES YET!

Once you are done drawing the lines, then go ahead and connect them in a circular manner.

Step Two is to draw the eye shape.

Draw an eye however you want, but make it centered on the triangle.

(AFTER YOU ARE DONE, ADD THE LINE PUPIL AND THE 4 EYELASHES ON BOTH THE TOP AND THE BOTTOM OF THE EYE)

Step 3 is to add the bowtie.

Add a bowtie a bit low under the eye, but not closer to the bottom of the triangle. Do this by drawing 2 triangles barely intersecting each other facing at an angle.

Step 4 is to add legs and arms.

Add Bill's limbs in the position you want them in. Do not draw a line, rather a thin tube like hollow line. And also add the stub as his feet and his 4 fingers on each hand.

Step 5 is to add the top hat.

Add a top hat by making a small, short, and long rectangle. And make a tall, skinny rectangle on top of it touching the previous rectangle.

Step 6 Is to color.

Find your neonish yellow, black, and bright yellow to start coloring this cipher.
