Watching

The sense was everywhere…

I was afraid that I was being watched. Without me knowing. Behind my back.

I thought it was the Hide-behind but this feeling was. . . different. I don’t know how or why. I’ve been missing pages of my journal on that owl, 22. I asked around about them, but no one knew anything. I was going to find out.

I sneaked out the shack last night with a flashlight in hand, seeking out after my watcher. The feeling was getting stronger. And I didn’t want Ford to know what was happening, or tell him the feeling I was experiencing. What if it was false, and made him worry for no reason?

Besides, I want an adventure where I can prove everyone—especially prove MYSELF—that I could do it on my own.

But. That was a mistake I can only see clearly now.
