1. They like to sleep and yawn.
2. They like to eat and stay in box hideys.
3. They like to run in their cages
4. What my guinea pig mostly does is eat, sleep and relax in box hideys.

If they sleep and hide too often you definitely should look into that.
Guinea pigs should only sleep around 4 out of 24 hours a day.
If they are sleeping too often it can mean a variety of things.
It can mean they're sick, bored, cold, depressed or stressed.
Look into the size of cages, amount of toys, and the location of the cages^^

They don't really sleep in the hide they come in their just to relax.
