1. Halloween: Behind the Mask (2000)

Reveals Michael’s origin, including his time at Smith’s Grove Sanitarium.

2. Halloween II: The Blackest Eyes (2001)

Continues the narrative, focusing on Tommy Doyle’s attempts to stop Michael.

3. Halloween III: The Devil’s Eyes (2001)

Concludes the trilogy, with flashbacks and events post-Halloween H20.

Devil’s Due Publishing Series (2003–2008)

This publisher expanded the Halloween universe with new stories and characters: 

• One Good Scare (2003)

A standalone issue featuring Lindsey Wallace, exploring the lingering trauma from the original film. 

• Halloween: Autopsis (2006)

Included with the Halloween: 25 Years of Terror DVD, this story follows a photographer obsessed with capturing Michael Myers. 

• Halloween: Nightdance (2008)

A four-issue miniseries introducing new characters, focusing on Michael’s return to Haddonfield. 

• Halloween: 30 Years of Terror (2008)

An anthology celebrating the franchise’s 30th anniversary, featuring multiple short stories with familiar characters. 

• Halloween: The First Death of Laurie Strode (2008)

A planned three-issue series exploring Laurie’s life between Halloween II and H20. Only two issues were released due to licensing issues.
