I started watching this show because I became a huge fan of Song Kang and the plot was well, scandalous and I thought itd be interesting. Also, not to mention one of my IRL friends who I got into Kdramas mentioned we should watch it together. So we started watching it and by like ep 5 we were already done with this show. As Jasper discusses in this blog, it was really toxic and I dislike the fact they ended up that way. I wish they were true to the manga or something cause this ending just doesnt make sense. It makes the message very unsavory. I really love Song Kang but he has yet again been casted in the wrong role following Love Alarm :(

"Appreciation Post Pt 1"

child actors are usually so underrated so i always love to read a good appreciation post for them! i myself don’t usually look into them after watching a show, but they’re always so memorable that i have no problem ing them when brought up in a blog. i feel like child actors have it almost more difficult than the leads themselves bc they are usually used to depict a traumatizing past, so they need to emit a lot of emotion at a very young age. this blog broke down all the child actors, their dramas, and their acting journey in a very easy to read manner. i can the kids mentioned in this blog quite well, as the youngsters from TKEM and BE. kings did such a good job and i would love to see more of them in future dramas.

"Kdrama life vs Real life"

it's always entertaining comparing kdrama tropes to reality so this blog was very fun to read. sometimes kdramas give me a little too high of expectations when it comes to meeting people in the real world. I'm always waiting for a childhood friend to pop back up in my life and we fall in love. 🤣 Or some random stranger on the street to bump into me and then we lock eyes and music plays in the background lmaoo. anyways check this blog out for a good read. :+1:

This a good read for those who are a fan of the recently aired drama - The Devil Judge. The author does a good job of highlighting the main character, Yo Han’s, qualities and discussing his actions and development through the drama. It’s a great read for those who are experiencing that empty feeling that comes after watching a drama and want to reminisce a bit.

"Falling in Love with a Character - 80/20 Rule"

I found this blog to be very well written and

entertaining to read. I had never heard about

this actor before this, so it was interesting to

learn more about him as well as this particular

character. I liked how you not only mentioned

his great qualities but also his less favorable

ones as well. After reading this, I'm definitely

going to check out this drama as well as

more works from this actor! Great Blog!

" The Romance of Tiger and Rose"

3 gave their honest review of the romance of tiger and rose and i could not agree more with everything they said! i wasn’t a big cdrama watcher back when i started this show (i’m still not) but i’ve definitely become a lot more open to them after watching this. the whole show was full of fluff and had no drag (which is rare to see these days ksjskdk). like lisa, one of my favorite parts of this show was the matriarchal society. it was so much fun to imagine a world in which women were in the positions of power. it always makes me happy to see people give this drama a try bc they always end up enjoying it. i hope you guys can also give it a try like these 3 here. i promise you’ll enjoy it even if you’re not a fan of historicals or cdramas.
